Ralph is a Telecoms Engineering & Management Professional with expertise across multi-vendor, multi- technology platforms. With skills garnered over the years from highly competitive MNEs across diverse cultural terrains, he has provided leadership for Network Optimization Projects with ETISALAT Nigeria, MTN Nigeria, MTN Ivory Coast, MTN COTONOU, ORANGE Equatorial-Guinea & ORANGE Mali among others, resulting in over 120% Increase in Voice & Data Traffic & corresponding revenue, Improved QoS and Subscriber Perception, Improved regulator rating, off-setting Operator penalty to the tune of 1 Billion F CFA (1,000,000,000.00 F CFA) in one instance.

Ralph is also a Managing Partner, Hermanoze Consulting, a Business Consulting firm. He is an SME Advisor with very strong interests in business start-ups, e-commerce, business coaching & people development. He provides training & consulting in business enterprise, business planning, strategy and management. He has been directly involved with a few SMEs in providing operations re-modeling, deploying Marketing Plans, Market entry dynamics, Product differentiation & launch, raising business financial bottom lines to over 300% in 3 months. Ralph bagged his 1 st degree in Electronics & Communications from the University of Maiduguri in Borno State after which he proceeded for a Diploma in LTE & Advanced Communications from the Informa Telecoms Academy, UK. He is currently pursuing an MBA from the Prestigious Bradford University in London, UK. He speaks Yoruba, Hausa, French & Spanish (mid-level) and loves to play billiard & Chess games at leisure
